What is the registration cancellation policy?
ACPM must receive written notice of cancellation no later than May 13, 2022, to info@ACPM.org. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee per registrant. Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for a refund. Special requests for refund may be granted after the 30-day cut-off for personal emergencies. This policy covers registration and ticketed events. Cancellation requests should include attendee name and registration confirmation number.
Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund. In most cases, fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to ACPM. No refunds will be processed on site.
ACPM is not responsible for monies registrants may have spent on penalty or non-refundable airline tickets or hotel deposits in the event the conference is cancelled or sold out. If a program is cancelled by ACPM, every effort will be made to notify registrants at least 30 days prior to the first day of the course and registration fees will be refunded.

Registration and Badges
What do I need to bring with me to check in and get my badge?
You will need to be prepared to show a photo ID and your registration confirmation.
How do I update my registration?
You can update your registration within your Registration Portal, or by contacting ACPMAnnual@support.eventpower.com.
Are meals included with my registration?
If you register for the full meeting you will receive meals with the Thursday Opening Reception and the Saturday Awards Breakfast. If you register for a single day, you will only receive the Opening Reception or Awards Breakfast meal if you have registered for the associated day. Coffee breaks will be provided on all days of the meeting.
If I have a dietary/religious preferences, can I make special meal requests?
You can make special requests during the registration process. If you need to make a further change, contact ACPMAnnual@support.eventpower.com.
Is WiFi available in the meeting space?
Yes WiFi will be available in the meeting space.
