Press Registration
Press may attend for free. If you are interested in attending Preventive Medicine 2022, contact Drew Wallace, Manager, Communications and Advocacy at dwallace@acpm.org and provide your name and affiliation to receive a discount code for registration. Press are required to check in at the registration desk and provide valid credentials.
Cancellation Policy
ACPM must receive written notice of cancellation no later than May 13, 2022, to info@acpm.org. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee per registrant. Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for a refund. Special requests for refund may be granted after the 30-day cut-off for personal emergencies. This policy covers registration and ticketed events. Cancellation requests should include attendee name and registration confirmation number.
Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund. In most cases, fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to ACPM. No refunds will be processed on site.
ACPM is not responsible for monies registrants may have spent on penalty or non-refundable airline tickets or hotel deposits in the event the conference is cancelled or sold out. If a program is cancelled by ACPM, every effort will be made to notify registrants at least 30 days prior to the first day of the course and registration fees will be refunded.
